The health of your gut is extremely important. More important than you may know. Lets dive into the why & how! 

The gut is known as our second brain, and the gut and brain are extremely interconnected and they communicate in different ways. The first process of communication is via neurons or cells which carry information through our nervous system and this information will tell our body how to act. The next way of communication is via neurotransmitters, also known as communicating through chemicals. Our gut produces certain chemicals like serotonin, dopamine, melatonin & others that are then released into our bloodstream and make their way up to the brain. These chemicals are a crucial aspect of our everyday living. 
 
If our gut is not healthy, then it cannot tell our body how to behave as best as possible as well as not being able to produce the proper chemicals we need in our system which alter not only our behavior but our mood, our emotions, our hormones and our immune system. 
 
Now the question is, how do YOU know if your gut isn’t operating at a high level? The answer may surprise you. 
Almost ALL of your problems can end up being traced back to the gut. If you’re experiencing any of the symptoms below then you’re simply not operating at a level that is in your potential.

Now Im not sitting here saying everyone should live life with no pain or problems. But it is possible to eliminate these negativities from your life. You are not born or stuck with these problems for the rest of your life and your sure as hell DO NOT need pills or medications to mask these issues. YOU have the power to change them in a healthy way.

Okay, so you think you could have better gut health. How do YOU now heal and MAINTAIN the health of your gut? There are plenty of methods and ways out there if you look into them which I absolutely encourage. I personally have never dealt with extreme symptoms of having an unhealthy gut but ever since I started
• Eliminating inflammatory processed foods (absolute poison for the gut/brain/body)
• Eating whole foods
• Fasting
• Drinking high quality bone broth 
• Raw dairy 
 
My brain, body, fitness, energy and more have all drastically improved. 
 
It’s pretty simple in my mind. Us humans are not meant to put poison in our bodies everyday. This alters our NATURAL state of being which is something that’s missing amongst a lot of people. There’s no better way than to be NATURAL in everything you do, in my mind being NATURAL draws exactly what is needed in your life right to you. When you’re faking, pretending or living in an ALTERED state then it “knocks you off your path” the path of greatness. The path of your higher calling that you were placed here to achieve.

It’s extremely self regulating, self healing and out of this world STRONG.
